What we use

Strictly necessary (no consent required): a record of your cookie choice and your consent to the voice assistant, your selected language, and your light/dark theme. These are stored in your browser's local storage and are essential for the site to work as you expect.

Analytics & marketing: we currently do NOT use analytics or advertising/marketing cookies. If we add them in future, they will load only after you opt in via the consent banner.

Your choices

On your first visit you can Accept all, Reject all, or keep only essential storage. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Because we only use essential storage today, rejecting non-essential cookies does not reduce site functionality.

You can also clear or block storage in your browser settings.

Third-party embeds

Some property pages embed 360° virtual tours from media4.estate; maps are rendered with MapLibre using OpenFreeMap/OpenStreetMap tiles. These third parties may set their own technical cookies when their content loads.

Voice assistant

Starting our optional voice assistant (“Mila”) asks your browser for microphone access. That is a device permission, not a cookie; what happens to the audio is described in our Privacy Policy.

So that we do not ask every time, we store your agreement to the voice assistant in your browser's local storage. This is strictly necessary — it only records your choice and sets no tracking identifier. Clear your browser storage to be asked again.
