What we use

Strictly necessary (no consent required): your selected language, kept in a first-party cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that is deleted when you close the browser; and, in your browser's local storage, your light/dark theme, a record of your cookie choice and your consent to the voice assistant. They are essential for the site to work as you expect. Site administrators also get a signed session cookie while they are logged in.

Analytics & marketing: we currently do NOT use analytics or advertising/marketing cookies. If we add them in future, they will load only after you opt in via the consent banner.

Your choices

On your first visit you can Accept all, Reject all, or keep only essential storage. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Because we only use essential storage today, rejecting non-essential cookies does not reduce site functionality.

You can also clear or block storage in your browser settings.

Third-party embeds

360° virtual tours are served from this website itself and set no cookies. Maps are drawn with MapLibre from OpenFreeMap/OpenStreetMap tiles that your browser loads from OpenFreeMap's servers; this reveals your IP address to OpenFreeMap, which sets no cookies. The “360° by HUB360” credit in a tour is a plain link and loads nothing until you click it.

Voice assistant

Starting our optional voice assistant (“Mila”) asks your browser for microphone access. That is a device permission, not a cookie; what happens to the audio is described in our Privacy Policy.

So that we do not ask every time, we store your agreement to the voice assistant in your browser's local storage. This is strictly necessary: it only records your choice and sets no tracking identifier. Clear your browser storage to be asked again.
